WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT THAN OTHER COMPANIES?


We are a family owned & run business, with a strong focus on customer service & quality. We are not a HUGE company just worried about the "bottom line"




HOW DO I KNOW I AM GETTING GOOD QUALITY & SERVICE?


We pride ourselves on our customer service, realiability & premium products. Every item is made by hand using the best products, from kiln dried gallery stretcher bars, 100% REAL canvas & Premium photo papers. We also only use HP Vivera inks, that will not fade for up to 200 years. Check out our Facebook feedback, this shows you that we know exactly what we are doing.




WHEN I ORDERED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, THE CANVAS CAME BACK WITH MY HEAD CUT OFF!


This is impossible to happen with us. Every single image is checked & edited by a REAL HUMAN editor before we do anything else. You can also ask us to send you a proof before we do any work, this makes sure that you know exactly what you are getting.





Custom Printing

WHAT ARE THE CUSTOM PRINTS?


The custom prints are your own uploaded images.




WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE WITH CUSTOM PRINTS?


You can have your custom prints produced in ANY PRODUCT. Your print can be a Premium Photo, Framed Photo, Acrylic & Aluminium Floating Wall Panels. These can be produced in ANY size! You can also have them produced on a Mug, Phone case & other products That are not even on our site. When you upload your image, just include a message & we will contact you.




HOW DO I ORDER CUSTOM PRINTS?


Just go to our upload page, fill in the form & send, It's really simple.....




WHAT SORT OF UPLOAD CAN I USE?


You can upload ANY file type. Jpeg PNG, PDF etc.... Please remember to upload the original or largest file you have. This will allow us to produce your image in a better quality & choice of sizes.




WHAT SIZE OF FILE SHOULD I SEND?


The bigger the better. Try to send the original image file or largest you can. This will ensure better quality & a better choice of sizes.




CAN I SEND FACEBOOK IMAGES?


Not really. We can use them for smaller pictures & Custom products like Mugs etc...Facebook & other sites compress the images so they lose most of the quality, although you can't tell when you look at them on the pages. Our editors will check them for you & let you know. We would rather lose a sale than our reputation for QUALITY!





Special Limited Editions

WHAT ARE YOUR SPECIAL LIMITED EDITIONS?


Whilst all our images are superb, crystal clear & vivid images. We have a number of pictures that are truly outstanding & are a credit to our photographers & editors.




HOW MANY PICTURES ON IN A LIMITED EDITION?


This varies considerably, although we try to make them that bit VERY special by LIMITING thier numbers to 50 or a 100. On rare occassions & due to popular demand, we may do a second edition run of the same amount, but like a Harry Potter First Edition, which is worth around £3/400,000 second editions are not as valuable as first editions. Although ALL EDITIONS should always INCREASE in value. So get your order in early!




CAN I PRE-ORDER LIMITED EDITIONS?


You can pre-order our special limited edtions. However, you would need to be signed up to our newsletter to know about them before they are all GONE! Especially those produced by the very special Artist "Joe Balanda". These sell out VERY fast as Joe limits his editions to as little as 10.

We have so many pictures that we are constantly adding them to our site. We have THOUSANDS. If you are looking for any specific rider in any race, then please get in touch & we will do our best to send you some low resolution examples to choose from.





Payment

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?


You can pay for your oder by credit, debit card or PayPal. ALL transactions are payed through are very safe, secure payment gateway. You may also pay over the telephone through our secure server.




DO I NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY?

WHAT ABOUT MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?


We do NOT KEEP any of your personal or sensitive payment details.





Delivery

HOW MUCH IS IT TO DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?


This all depends on the weight & size of your order. If you Email or phone the studio with your order details & let us have your address, we will happily quote you for delivery anywhere in the world.




DO YOU DELIVER ANYWHERE?


Ye, we deliver to every single country in the world. Please just contact us for a quote.




WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?


We ONLY use DHL Speciaist 24/48 hour delivery. We could use a cheaper courier, but experience has taught us that you get what you pay for. In fact we usually LOSE money on delivery, but we know your order will arrive safley.




HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?


Typically, all U.K. orders take between 24 & 48 hours. E.U. orders take 3/5 days. Worldwide delivery is usually 5/7 working days. Please remember that we have no control over your specific countries import rules & regulations, so dependant on where you live, your order may take a little longer or even quicker!




IS MY ARTWORK INSURED?


We insure EVERY SINGLE ITEM we dispatch, In fact, if you pay using PayPal or your purchase is over £100.00, then you are doubly covered! so please do not worry about any missing or damaged items. We will replace your order as quickly as possible.




CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Due to our couriers rapid delivery times ( 24/48 hours) then we would not normally issue you with a tracking ID. However if you need one, then we will happily Email you a tracking number. All overseas deliveries are automatically issued with tracking details.




CAN I PICK A DAY OR TIME FOR DELIVERY?


If you need your delivery on a certain date or by a certain time of day, then of course you can by all means book this with us. Please just let us know the details. You can book your delivery for before 12, before 10.am. etc.... Unfortunately this does cost a little extra & we will let you know the exact amount.




HOW DO I BOOK A CERTAIN TIME FOR DELIVERY?


Please just place your order & pay for normal delivery & include the details when you place your order. Alternativley, either Email or telephone us & we will let you know the price difference & you can then pay this securely over the phone. You can of course just phone us & we will happily take care of everything over the phone for you.




WHAT IF THERE IS NOBODY HOME WHEN THEY TRY TO DELIVER?


Your package will ALWAY'S need to be signed for. Our specialist courie, DHL will NEVER leave a package without a signature, Unless you have made arrangements with them directly ( which you can easily do) or with a neighbour. DHL will leave details so that you may contact them directly to arrange for them to re-deliver at a time that suits you.





Damaged Items

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY LOOKS LIKE AN ELEPHANT HAS JUMPED ON IT?


Sometimes, on very rare occassions accident do happen & just can't be helped. If you are unfortunate enough to recieve a damaged item then please....... DO NOT refuse delivery. It is very expensive to return items. accept your delivery & mark it as damaged. Please let us know immediately. We will also need a couple of photos of your damaged delivery. We will then arrange a replacement as soon as possible.




MY DELIVERY IS DAMAGED


We know that life can be a bit hectic at times. If you don't have time to check the contents of your delivery when you receive it, then please don't worry. Once you have signed for your order, you then have 48 hours to check your artwork/order for any damage. This should be plenty of time for even the busiest of you! If in the unlikely event that your item is damaged, then please let us know immediately. We will need a couple of pictures of the damage & that's it... We will then make & dispatch a new order for you. Please remember that this is VERY RARE so don't be unduly worried. IMPORTANT INFO Please remember that once you have signed for delivery, you only have 48 hours to make any claim. Unfortunately, ANY claim after this period will be rejected & we have the right to refuse any returns. Howerver, we are not tyrants & we would like to keep our impecable reputation, so we do have some discretion under certain circumstances to replace damaged goods after this time period & we would view each case individually. THANKFULLY this is very rare, so please do not worry unduly as we have a sterling reputation for delivering our goods & that is why we use the VERY BEST couriers!
