IMPORTANT INFORMATION


 

DELIVERY

PAYMENT OF POSTAGE: The T.T. Art Studio pay for a PRIORITY DELIVERY SERVICE. We do NOT use cheap third party delivery companies or individuals, as do other companies. We believe that you get what you pay for. This is expensive and unfortunately, we cannot offset the charge. We do NOT inflate our customers delivery charges to make money. In the vast majority of cases, we actually lose money. Our customers expect their orders to be delivered undamaged and in perfect condition and we would expect nothing less.... ergo, you get what you pay for.

UK DELIVERY: Our main courier service is DHL SPECIAL 24-48 hour delivery service. Where possible we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can then track your parcel from the DHL Link provided above.You may also visit their site directly.  All our orders are dispatched within 24/48 hours, excluding special, custom orders and those with additional splash/UV coatings. These orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery times are calculated from receipt of dispatch notification and not when the order is placed. We cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control once your order leaves our studio. If you need your order for a special occasion or a specific date, then please ensure that you allow sufficient time, so as to avoid disappointment. If you require an urgent delivery, then please contact us. We will be pleased to help and fulfill your request by special order.  
 

EU-WORLDWIDE DELIVERY: We also use the DHL WORLDWIDE service for all countries outside the UK. Delivery times to these countries is based on information supplied by DHL. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries that fall outside the time stated, or are delayed by customs in the destination country. Typical delivery to EU countries is 3-5 DAYS. Worldwide destinations are 3-7 DAYS, Subject to your own countries rules & regulations.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: All orders are provided with a tracking number. You may track your package at any stage by visiting the DHL website specific to your country. 

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL: All orders will need to be signed for. They CANNOT be delivered without a signature and time stamp. We do this so that in the unlikely event of any missing, damaged, fraudulent or insurance claim that may arise in the future.This is for the benefit of both parties.  We can target and track your package easily through all stages of postage and delivery. 

INSURANCE: All orders are fully insured with DHL SPECIAL DELIVERY & The T.T.Art Studio. In the unlikely event of any missing or damaged items, The T.T. Art Studio will replace your order.

RETURNS


UK RETURNS: If for any reason or in the unlikely event you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We will then inspect your items and arrange for a full refund, less any delivery charges. If you choose to return your goods, you must ensure that they are in an undamaged and merchantable condition and include all packaging. We will issue a full refund no later than 30 days of receipt of your order. Your statutory rights are not affected. We cannot accept returns for custom orders unless they are defective in their construction

EU & WORLDWIDE RETURNS: Please contact us for details specific to your country.

CUSTOM ARTWORK: 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom artwork. Custom artwork is defined as any image supplied or uploaded to our website by you or an order where you have requested specific changes. If you have any specific requirements for your canvas artwork, photo prints or Acrylic floating panels, we would strongly recommend that you request a proof during the order process. You may also contact our customer services or Email us with your requirements. If you choose not to use the proofing service, then an experienced photographic editor will intelligently crop your image to the required size & format. Returns will only be accepted due to faulty or defective artwork materials. We will then dispatch a replacement canvas.


GENERAL: Once you have received and signed for your item it is deemed to be your property. Whilst every care is taken and every canvas is checked for defects, on very rare occasions damage may occur, either through transit or manufacturing and this may not be apparent at the time of delivery. You must ensure that you check your delivery carefully and sign the delivery note as damaged or refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible. It is sometimes not feasible to check your item at the time of delivery and it may only become apparent at a later stage. You must inform us, preferably with photographic evidence no later than 48 hours after you have received your goods if this is the case. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim or liability on our part.
